Nope, not taking any probiotics. Seems like probiotics would make the detox easier…I only felt bad for about a day and a half and that totally could have been the fibromyalgia flaring.

I’m hopeful – 3 can be a typical day as long as I sleep enough, things are calm, I work out just the right amount and pace things. I’ll be excited when I see 1s and 2s. I’m greedy that way maybe some 0s.
